What are your Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)?

We specialize in custom designs and larger production runs. Standard MOQs start at 10,000 units per product variant, depending on size, material, and production requirements. This helps us maintain efficiency and deliver competitive pricing.

Do you manufacture locally or import your packaging?

We offer both locally produced and imported packaging solutions, allowing us to tailor every project to your product needs, budget, and timelines. Our national sales team, located across all major regions, is ready to assist you in finding the perfect fit for your business.

What are your lead times?

Local Production (WPP & BOPP bags, LDPE products, PET bags): typically 6–8 weeks. Add 2 weeks for printing plate setup on first orders.
Imported Production (premium pouches such as Stand-Up, Flat Bottom, and Quad Seal bags): usually 8–12 weeks, plus 2 weeks for printing plates if required.

Are your prices inclusive of delivery?

Yes — our pricing includes delivery and applicable duties. We manage the full logistics process to ensure an effortless, on-time, and reliable delivery experience.

Do you offer payment terms?

Yes. We offer cash accounts or 30-day account terms, subject to bank credit approval.

Do you use printing plates or cylinders?

Flexographic printing uses plates.
Gravure printing uses cylinders.
These are quoted and payable upfront when placing your order.
